What information do I need to submit my abstract/case report?

The full title of your submission (max 12 words)
Your abstract or case report (max 400 words).
You should include: objectives, methods, results and conclusions
Permission from all authors, and any patients, to submit the abstract
Names of all authors
Affiliations of all authors
Name and main email address of the lead presenting author
Subject category which best describes your submission
Whether you would like your abstract published in BJOG (if it is eligible and accepted for presentation)
